Well hot diggity dog! This house will even have commodes aka toilets. They’re digging in the septic system.

So happy this was done before cold weather.  Also, a picture of a rock, they decided to run the water pipe underneath it.

Golly gee! Not only do we get fancy fandangled electricity, running water, now that handsome husband has had a cement basement put in! Well spur my Bronco!

Today power got trenched to the house site, as well as water, and the plumbers showed up to get things set in the basement.
