Bulls πŸ‚

We had two bulls get injured likely from fighting other bulls in the herd.Β  Tonight we loaded them up.Β  Andrew has really gotten to know the herd this year, he knows their dispositions.

First one is loaded, now for the next.
The second bull took quite a bit more coaxing.
& he’s on! We have some really kind and gentle bulls.

Harvest Moon πŸŒ•

It’s difficult to capture its beauty with a smartphone.Β Β

Andrew drew my attention to the harvest moon when he was out in the pasture moving fence.
The geese are becoming quite magnificent looking. They are a neat addition to the farm.

One of these days I’m going to have to hop in a picture with these two. This one was taken a few weeks ago.
I’m a big fan of good quotes and I like this subject matter.

Sick Deer🦌

There’s a sick deer in our yard.Β  I called Game and Fish she was acting so weird.Β  Andrew got quite close to her. Apparently there’s an EHD breakout in this area. Thank heavens it doesn’t transfer to other animals or humans. The ponies are not thrilled with her being there.

On a much happier note, our three youngest really enjoyed story time! A retired teacher led the group with songs and funny stories. πŸ“š

Happy Fall!πŸ‚

She and I enjoy doing outside work together. Today we watered the flowers.
