After approximately a week of cloudy, rainy, sleety weather that pulled this area out of drought we have received splendid sunshine!  Everyone and everything, people, cattle, horses, dogs, cats, and chickens are cheered up!

Wait… isn’t it Columbus Day?  Doesn’t Halloween, All Saint’s Day, all of November still have to happen?  Well, the Jack Frost is beautiful.

The large roll is fiber optic cable that will run straight to the house.

But they came and gave it a whirl until the gumbo clay drove them out.

Too fun moving another herd with this crew yesterday.

Hope they can get more of the roof on before the storm that is predicted.

Well at least over the garage.  It just keeps getting better and better!

Once we got past the kinks in the beginning, it was a nice cattle drive.

I’m really trying to soak up these days of being as excited as my children about this experience… I’m so happy this time will ripple through eternity!
