Adventures in Haymarsh
Thanks to the help of my wonderful niece, we were able to attend the banquet fundraiser for the NDSU Newman Center.

Today, we sauced the tomatoes. I’ll be honest, the garden does not make us money, and the amount of time and work that’s put into preparing, planting, weeding, harvesting, sorting, just adds to the work load. But, the food it produces is so delicious!

These two lucky little ones were able to see their Godmothers today.

Andrew worked on his horse training skills this afternoon despite the strong wind!

2nd cattle drive before noon.

Life leaves nothing to complain about when one is married to a bright engineering, chef, farmer/rancher, musician. I hit the jackpot ❤️

The marsh gave us more bales than we had expected! With the dry weather we have been having, Grandpa was able to harvest further into the marsh.

Every third day or so, Mary and I need to glean through the tomatoes to collect the ripe ones and dispose of the rotten ones.
