We combined the heifers with the herd last evening.  Then Andrew and the two oldest boys dug some potatoes, while we hauled the remaining bales out of the Marsh.  It was well past dark when we all finished, but success is a great feeling! Now we can say …”let it rain, let it pour”… 🌧️ please fill up the Stock dams!

We had a very, very kind neighbor cut the Marsh for us, we’ve been working non-stop for the last 3 days on baling it, raking some of it, and hauling all of the bales out of there before the rain came this morning.
My weekday job! Wouldn’t trade it for the world. These three bring me so much joy, just hope I don’t spoil them too much.
I love how Andrew can think how to incorporate vegetables into breakfast. He used a bell pepper, fried up an egg and put one of our Golden Boy tomatoes on top. So tasty!😋
