After a week of 90 degree weather and dry, hot wind, we received a much needed .75 of rain last night.  Everything is breathing a sigh of relief…all the plants in the garden even though it’s being watered were withering.

A lilly bloomed! It’s having a tough time with the hot, dry weather we’ve had, but the color is pretty.
Colorful snapdragons…. they need to be weeded in a terrible way, but I enjoy the pop of color.
Andrew reseeded 20 acres yesterday.
When it’s too muddy for children to work outside, have baseball practice and too cold for swimming lessons, dance!
Another misty day! The children are having to use their imaginations to be creative since they can’t go outside. He said he’s opening an ice cream shop and these are his flavors.
