Our annual guests arrived.
Last night our twelve year old was asking about percentage of meat from the butcher steer we just butchered a few weeks ago. In the Drovers magazine I found a nice explanation.

Our oldest and Grandpa spent the whole afternoon preparing the weaning corral and barn for the weanlings.
Last night he grilled pork chops. Today for lunch he made fried egg sandwiches. God’s blessed us with a motivated and quick learner.
