Adventures in Haymarsh

Autumn Colors ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‚

Vibrant colors this morning.
Andrew’s pretty white house blesses the prairie with aesthetic appeal.
I purchased a dehydrator yesterday, I remember my mom’s dried fruit and jerky disappearing before she could store them. Andrew and I worked until 1:00 a.m. slicing up the little pears we picked on Sunday. I hope my children, if called to marriage, enjoy the company of their spouse. I sure do.
More fruit to dehydrate.
Our “cash crop” sells today. Andrew has invested a lot of his “off work” time these last 18 months providing feed and supplements along with rotational grazing on these steers, I hope he gets a just wage and is compensated for his time and dedication to them.
Thank goodness for her direction, we’d be so lost without her management on which steers to load next.

I need to find a photo of Andrew at one year old! The photo of the back of Lucy could be one of Andrew! She definitely has โ€œAndrew childhood hairโ€. Letโ€™s hope it doesnโ€™t follow โ€œAndrew adulthood hairโ€! ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿซข๐Ÿฅฐ
