Today’s Meditation

โ€œGod wishes us to be meek even toward ourselves. When a person commits a fault, God certainly wishes him to humble himself, to be sorry for his sin, and to purpose never to fall into it again; but he does not wish him to be indignant with himself, and give way to trouble and agitation of mind; for, while the soul is agitated, a man is incapable of doing good.โ€

Where penguins don’t tread…

-32 F this morning.ย  Andrew said there wasn’t a mosquito to be seen when he was doing morning chores.

The Pied Piper is back at it … He comes with feed and heifers/steers follow.
The chickens had come out of their freeloading loafer lifestyle, then this cold snap came and they went back to their old ways. We’re all looking forward to warmer weather!
Italian Dinner at Church last Sunday.
Accordion surgery.
Surgery was a success!

Spiritual Director

In college a friend asked me if I had a Spiritual Director, I finally got around to getting one.ย  I feel so blessed to be directed/coached by such a holy woman!ย  She’s a Sister in a convent in Hankinson.ย  For Lent and beyond this will be my undertaking, pray for me!

Heavenly when Grandpa is able to babysit and we’re able to do chore dates.โค๏ธ๐ŸŒนโค๏ธ

Set the World on Fire

My Morning Offering

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen.

Quote of the Day:

โ€œBe who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire.โ€โ€“ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA

Todayโ€™s Meditation:

โ€œWe do find, it is true, great battles to fight, and great hardships to master; but that good Mother makes herself so present and so near to her faithful servants, to enlighten them in their darknesses and their doubts, to strengthen them in their fears, and to sustain them in their struggles and their difficulties, that in truth this virginal path to find Jesus Christ is a path of roses and honey compared with other paths.โ€โ€”St. Louis de Montfort, p.

Positively grateful for ALL the Good LORD has given us … the trials, the triumphs, the losses, the victories. All are His. Ave Christus Rex!
