Quote of the Day”O my God, teach me to be generous, to serve you as you deserve to be served, to give without counting the cost, to fight without fear of being wounded, to work without seeking rest, and to spend myself without expecting any reward, but the knowledge that I am doing your holy will. Amen.”–St. Ignatius of Loyola

3rd time it has turned red this year! If this keeps up, I’m going to name it Perpetual the Poinsettia.

Foggy Morning Move

Sure is foggy today! The 3 riders took a long time searching the pasture over so no one is left behind.
Huddle Time! They are blessed to have a great coach!
Moving home Grandpa’s horses.
What a pleasant, light, uplifting read! Highly recommend it!

Friendship

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” β€”1 Thessalonians 5:11
We are getting in the habit of praising work effort, less emphasis in accomplishments… However, we feel blessed that God has treasured us a child that does want to do well in school and in his work. Makes it a little easier to parent and is an inspiration for his siblings… “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”-Colossians I hope our children know that even if the world doesn’t notice their accomplishments God sure does!
Anniversary gift to each other, we’re hoping it makes checking cattle, water, etc easier.
Daddy gets doted upon. πŸ˜„πŸ’–πŸ’•πŸ’“πŸ’

The Wisdom of the Saints (Book)….”Sooner or later we all rise or fall to the level of our friendships. The people we surround ourselves with either help us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves, or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends. This book is an invitation to become friends with some of the greatest men and women who have ever lived.”

Happy All Soul’s Day!

All Soul’s Day Blessing. Andrew made sure our Babies grave and Mom’s, and relatives he knew had their graves individually blessed.❀️. Thea and I made it through the Litany, but then she needed a warm snack.
Beautiful Frost today.
Candied pumpkin…traditional “Day of the Dead,” food. Andrew made this one time before.

All Saints Day!πŸ˜‡

Our family gathered all of our Saint statues we have into one spot to be able to see our Heavenly friends that are able to accompany us on this journey so that we may be with them in Heaven! If you’re struggling in any area, there’s going to be a saint to intercede for you!
Duck, wild rice, turnips, carrots from the garden, and onions. Seriously scrumptious!
