Adventures in Haymarsh

Month: May 2019 (Page 2 of 3)

School’s out for the summer!

Simon enjoyed field day! He took first in the 400m dash, the 100m dash, the Gunnysack race, and second in the long jump.

A bit windburned and worn out.
Nobody said every day was going to be easy. This cow lost her calf and we’re trying to graft on a calf.
Watching through the board fence.

Haralred & Honeycrisp

I am a blessed mother! Today two apple trees were planted for me. My mouth waters thinking about all the tasty fruit I hope they bear!

Digging the tree holes.
“Testing” the soil.
Whew, tough work!
Planting the tree.
Staking the tree.

Our Deck Door!

This is the Lang’s last day out here…. sniffle. I’m going to miss seeing those wonderful fellows… Every time they came out something always was completed. Now it’s me, Andrew, the boys and alot of yardwork, staining, and fencing left!

So beautiful!
